Howdy! I'm looking for a female to take over my lease at Northpoint (on the corner of Texas and University). Rent for this unit is normally $660 a month, but I have a discount which makes it about $580 a month.- Personal bathroom- Walk-in closet- 10-15 minute walk to campus, since it's located in the building closest to campus- On Route 4, which runs about every 15 minutes- All utilities besides electricity included in rent- Completely furnished living room and bedroom- No pets.
