A sublease in College Station, TX

I am trying to sublease my individual bedroom within a four bedroom lodge at the Cottages. It's a good size bedroom with an individual bathroom and large closet. The three girls I lived with this year will be living there again next fall and spring. They are great roommates, I would just like to live at a different apartment complex due to financial reasons.
